In the event that your product sustains any damage during transit, rest assured that we take full responsibility. We will promptly take all necessary measures to ensure you receive your order in impeccable condition.
Should you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please get in touch with our office to discuss the matter. However, kindly note that any cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a re-stocking fee for purchased materials. Furthermore, if your order has already been manufactured, it will fall under our no-refund policy.
Currently, the standard manufacturing timeframe for orders stands at 10 - 14 working days from the date of purchase. However, please be aware that this timeframe may be extended due to the following reasons:
- During peak periods
- After promotional events
- Supplier stock shortages
- Delivery delays

Once your order is meticulously crafted to your unique specifications, it will be carefully packaged for shipment and sent directly to your requested shipping address via Regional Road Express. After dispatch, you will receive a connote number to track your shipment. Kindly note that Regional Road Express does not offer an online tracking system to our customers. If you have any concerns about your freight not arriving within the estimated timeframe mentioned below (please consider weekends and public holidays), please do not hesitate to contact us and provide the connote number for reference.
